A gym that caters to multiple types of clientele: fighters, casuals, and apparently Thai celebs. The gym is open all day with some breaks for meals. Once you get a pad session in with a trainer, you can just hang out at the gym and hit the bag, ask to spar others, use some of the exercise equipment, etc. Daily washed handwraps and gear is available and seems clean enough. Trainers are friendly though sometimes a bit crass - communication is not a strong suit. There's an AC'd lobby area with some gear and drinks for sale. I recommend getting a private with Ton, he's technical and knows a bit of English. A bit brash but he will review techniques he shows you at the end of a private.

What an energetic gym in Bangkok!! As I have never had background of Muay Thai skill before, trainers, ‘KhunKru’, lead me to get the very basic skills to intermediate level to know how to throw the right punch and proper kick. Great experience so far I would recommend to all you guys!!

My favourite gym In Bangkok. One of the best located gym in Bangkok, just 10 walk from MRT Ratchadaphisek. Price is reasonable and especially affordable for foreign fighter living in the gym. Welcoming atmosphere with less competitive environment compared to other professional fight gyms but still having a strong team of professional fighters. The trainers putting in their work for both professional and fitness customers. If u want serious fighter training come 6:30am morning session and 3pm afternoon session ( starts with the run around Ladprao area ) for just recreational / less intense training u can come anytime within their opening hours. Evening 6pm onwards are mostly local thai white collar coming to training after work.

I have been going here for more than a year now and every training have been great in its own unique way. All the trainers are skilled, hardworking and fun - they will do what is in their power to make you a better version of yourself from each training. I haven’t been at any other gym where I’ve felt better treated and I feel proud to be a student of Jitti Gym. People have told me that since I started training Muay Thai there I have both begun to look a lot better, but also I have begun to be more peaceful in the way I carry myself through life. I think it’s a subtle lesson of humility that you can both be strong in your body but also strong in your soul. Life is hard, and so is Muay Thai - so it goes hand in hand.

Very close from the station. I went just for one day and trainer was friendly and welcoming. His English wasn’t perfect but enough for the training. The place is nice but price for one day is not cheap at all. Anyways, I paid it and had a good time.

Great gym to train and do some pad work at. Recommended to me by my trainer from my hometown in Canada. Very chill vibes from all the guys and gals at the gym. It was not at all intimidating walking into the gym on my own. Would come back next time I’m in Bangkok.
