About Tded99 Muaythai Gym

T-Ded 99 Muaythai Gym – Authentic Bangkok Fight Camp Train at one of Bangkok’s most established and respected Muay Thai camps, T-Ded 99 Muaythai Gym (ทีเด็ด99)—a traditional gym with a long history of developing elite fighters and delivering true Thai-style training. Founded around 1997, T-Ded 99 has built a strong reputation within Thailand’s fight scene, producing fighters who compete at top stadiums such as Lumpinee and Rajadamnern. Located in the Phaya Thai area, the gym offers a unique rooftop training environment, combining an authentic fight camp atmosphere with a central Bangkok location. Training at T-Ded 99 is built around a traditional Thai system, with sessions often lasting up to 4 hours (15:00–19:00)—mirroring the routine of professional fighters. Each session includes running (optional), shadowboxing, pad work, bag work, clinching, and conditioning, creating a fully immersive and physically demanding experience. What sets the gym apart is its balanced fighting style, blending: Muay Mat (power-focused, aggressive striking) Muay Fimeu (technical, timing-based strategy) This combination develops well-rounded fighters with both power and precision. The gym caters to all levels, offering both group classes and private sessions, but the overall environment leans toward serious training—making it especially appealing for those looking to experience a real Thai fight camp rather than a fitness-focused class. Facilities & Training Experience: Traditional Muay Thai fight camp (est. ~1997) Rooftop gym in central Bangkok (Phaya Thai area) 4-hour structured training sessions (Mon–Sat) Authentic Thai training: running, pad work, clinching, conditioning Experienced trainers with stadium-level fighter backgrounds Group classes and private sessions available Suitable for beginners through to active fighters Why Train Here: T-Ded 99 offers a true Bangkok fight camp experience—intense, structured, and deeply rooted in Thailand’s competitive Muay Thai culture. It’s ideal for travellers and fighters who want authentic, high-volume training and exposure to a real fighter’s daily routine, rather than a commercial or tourist-style gym.

Super cool gym and nice private class experience. Because its on top of a building and its semi open air it has a nice breeze. I had a very enthusiastic trainer who learnt me a lot of small but important details and some nice new combinations. Will be going here again 🙏

An authentic training space surrounded by Thai fighters who compete in Bangkok's biggest stadiums. The coaches and fighters make you feel comfortable and take the time to correct your technique. The training equipment is old, but it has everything you need for proper training.

The gym is absolutely amazing, with lots of fighters and not for beginners. I came alone, but I didn't feel uncomfortable. The trainer was attentive and made my workout very comfortable. Thank you!

Good local place to learn Muay Thai. You need to speak some Thai.
